右附件区可见2.2乘2.1乘2.0无回声，边界清，内适声可。超生印象：右附件囊肿子宫有点充血，阴道有时发痒，白带化验结果：杆菌两个加号、球菌一个减号、上皮细胞1/2视野、白细胞5-15/HP滴虫-霉菌- 请问大夫我病这怎么治疗？？我这种情况可以过性生活吗？放着环影响治疗吗？谢谢了！！！！

卵巢肿瘤是发生在女性卵巢的一种常见的肿瘤，可以为实性肿瘤或囊性肿瘤。卵巢的组织非常复杂，可以发生各种肿瘤，是全身各种脏器中肿瘤类型最多的部位。卵巢的肿瘤还可以分为良性、恶性和交界性。卵巢位于盆腔的深部。肿瘤体积小时，由于无特殊症状，患者不易自己发现，因此，定期的妇科检查和B超检查非常重要。卵巢肿瘤可发生在任何年龄，而生育年龄妇女所患卵巢肿瘤以良性为多。良性卵巢肿瘤长大后常有的症状为：下腹部不适，患者自己可以摸到下腹部有肿块，肿块可活动。当卵巢肿瘤长大占满整个下腹部时，患者可出现尿频、便秘、气短、心悸等症状。恶性的卵巢肿瘤早期多无自觉症状，但肿瘤生长迅速，随之可出现腹痛、腹水、不规则阴道出血等症状。
卵巢上有肿块都是卵巢肿瘤吗？
卵巢上的肿块非常复杂，不是所有的肿块都是肿瘤。有些为瘤样病变但不是卵巢肿瘤。常见的，需要和卵巢肿瘤进行鉴别的肿块有：
1、卵泡囊肿、黄体囊肿
这种肿块直径常小于5厘米，壁薄，最显著的特点是常于月经后缩小或消失。它不是真正的卵巢肿瘤，而是卵巢生理性囊肿，不需要手术切除。
2、妊娠黄素化囊肿
这是妊娠期特有的一种现象，直径可达20厘米，与妊娠期体内绒毛膜促性腺激素增高有关。妊娠结束后，体内激素水平下降，肿物可自行消失。
3、卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿
由卵巢子宫内膜异位症引起。患者可有进行性加重的痛经、不孕症等病史。为与卵巢肿瘤鉴别，常需通过腹腔镜进行病理检查。
4、输卵管积水和输卵管卵巢囊肿
这是由于盆腔炎症引起的输卵管卵巢肿块。消炎治疗可见包块缩小，如肿块较大，应行手术切除。
5、结核性包块
由结核性盆腔腹膜炎引起的卵巢、输卵管结核性脓肿，包裹性积液。这种包块外形常不规则，界限不清，常有结核性的全身症状。由于临床不易与卵巢恶性肿瘤鉴别，必要时需剖腹探查确诊
