月经推迟的主要可分为一下四种情况：1怀孕。可在月经在月经延迟3-5天后，可用“孕早知试条”测试尿液。2.严重的妇科炎症 ，如：盆腔炎、子宫内膜炎、宫颈炎等。3药物的幅作用。如，长期服用避孕药后内分泌失调，也可造成月经延期。4其他 如精神紧张、压力大，环境改变等心理因素，一些影响内分泌的疾病等。都可以引起月经推迟。
但是不论是什么原因如果月经推迟超过了7天建议您到医院检查，明确病因，以排除一些急性的危险因素
